Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum proudly presents Aloha Vaqueros: Museo del Vaquero de las Californias, where the Islands meet the West: discover the story of Aloha Vaqueros. Exhibit Opening Reception. Save the date: April 11th, 2026 at the CFD Old West Museum. The event will feature appetizers, drinks, and Mosaico Folklórico dancers. The opening reception will include three distinguished speakers representing the cultures highlighted in the exhibit: Dr. Billy Bergin, who will speak on the Hawaiian Paniolo tradition; Mike Kassel, representing the Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum and the American cowboy; and a representative from the Museo del Vaquero de las Californias, who will share insights on Mexican Vaquero heritage.
